Cravings… you’ve had them, right? All you want to eat is something “crunchy & salty” or “soft & sweet”. Just like your mood makes you crave certain foods, what you eat can also affect your mood! Eating foods that are high in carbs (think sugar and chocolate) raise the chemicals in your brain that make you happy!

Foods that are rich in folates and omega-3 fatty acids can help to prevent and control depression. Here’s a handy list of foods that may help you turn that frown upside down:
• Whole-grain breakfast cereals
• Lentils
• Asparagus
• Spinach
• Beans
• Tomato juice
• Broccoli
• Salmon
• Tuna
• Flax seeds

I'm 5' 4" and weight 200lbs. Just 5 years ago I was 5'4" and weight was 135lbs what in the world...HELP ME TYRA PLEASE. I will eat better and workout but I still need to get some help with how I feel about me....it's crazy because when I was 135 i thought i was fat...before I was 135 I was 120lbs and loved it.

Some people say eat veggies. It's good for u but for a curaving snack for a 13 year old. Frozen yogert does work
