Fiercely Real Teen Model Winner!
Hundreds of thousands of Fiercely Real teen girls sent in their best model pictures, but only 6 finalists made it to The Tyra Show. After competing in 5 challenges – Work Out, Denim Diva Look, Iconic RockStar, a Runway-off and a B.I.O. Speech – the winner is… Sheridan Watson! The 17 year old, size 14, fierce teen from New Jersey is my first Fiercely Real Teen Model winner. Sheridan proved her confidence, speaking and modeling skills topped the other Fiercely Real girls.
Right after the show was over, it was photo shoot time! We put on matching modeling outfits, had our hair and make-up touched up and it was time to work the camera. See that black thing in my hand? It’s a cable release for the camera. Yea! I took the pictures I was in too! After I took pictures of us, I turned the camera just on
Sheridan and she rocked her curves. I gave
her some modeling tips along the way too!

The average size of a woman in America is a size 14. Sheridan, along with thousands of other girls, are real sized. As part of my B.I.O. (Beauty Inside & Out) campaign, this was just the first of the Fiercely Real Teen Model competitions. It’s my mission to expand the definition of beauty. To show unique, atypical, fiercely real, quirky, clumsy, five-headed girls through all of my many media projects and businesses. So watch out for what I have in store next! And keep your eye out for Sheridan who now has a three year contract with Wilhelmina and will be in Seventeen Magazine!
