Tyra, i know drinking coffe will stain my teeth but i feel like i cant wake up without it what do i do?
hi! tyra my advise is to get plain yogurt mix with your favorite fruit like apples or bananas and trow some chopped mix nuts and theres your breakfast and dont forget the cereal and lots of water troughtout the day.
Take Cod Liver Oil Capsules- shiny hair, clear, moistened skin, better immunity to illness (a bright red nose is only cute on Rudolph!) and none of the taste :)

everybody used to belive that i wear makeup cause my face is always clear the secret to a clear face is water, fruits, and veg. no caffine cause it cause pimples and breakouts
i dont like tha taste of water,, bt i basically hav to force myself t drink water...=/ lol

my grandmother gave me the advice of using witch hazel on my face to make it flawless. It works real well for me. You can find it for only 2-3 bucks at any local drug store. Drink alot of water, it's good for you, it cleans your body out and it makes your skin so beautiful and healthy looking.

That sucks I drink at least 2 glasses of green tea a day. Guess I have to lay off it, I don't want I can't believe its not butter teeth.
I cheat by juicing organic carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, etc. I'll add a scoop of powdered wheatgrass or superfoods (ie. chlorella, spirulina, broccoli...) for a boost. I'm on a mostly vegan diet so I eat veggies and fruits throughout the day, and I opt for non-dairy alternatives to meat, cow milk, cheese, eggs, etc. This cuts out a lot of fat and calories and I feel SO much better. When I bake goodies I add flaxseed which is loaded with Omegas 3,6 & 9. I use homeground quinoa flour, sub butter for applesauce and veggie purees, and omit eggs by using bananas and ground flaxseed instead.

I have read that milk is actually not good for you. the dairy administration wants people to believe this so they keep selling it. but i still drink milk but i get organic milk..
I like to drink my fruit. I know that this sounds crazy. I take frozen fruit, so fresh fruit, orange juice and blend. It's great, and you can take it on the go.
