Lessen Your Stressin’
The last few years of my life have been jam packed with all kinds of excitement! With Top Model, The Tyra Show, Tyra.com, and the occasional modeling gig (not to mention making time for family and friends) I have been a busy girl! It’s hard not to get stressed with SO MUCH going on in my life. I’m sure you are all as busy as I am with school, work, your community, family and friends. Here’s a list of Heather's tips that have helped me when I start to feel the stress coming on:
• Hit the gym! Take 20 minutes for some aerobic exercise or yoga to calm your mind. I like to hop on the treadmill. A mile later and you’ll forget what you were stressed about!
• Get a rub down! Getting a massage is my FAVE way to relieve stress. Grab a friend and trade shoulder rubs!
• Breathe easy. When I feel stress coming on, I always take a couple of deep breaths and I instantly feel better!
• Meditate tension away. Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated or new-agey to alleviate stress. First thing in the morning, find a quiet place and silence your mind for 10 minutes. You’ll stress less for the rest of the day!
• Smile Wide! When I start to feel stressed, I force myself to smile! It gives me the instant pick-me-up I need to keep going!

When im stressing, i take deep breaths and and sit outside and try and relax
This is not a tip!! When I stress I eat! Im trying to balance my schedule and finances SO I can get out of this terrible habit!! I NEED HELP!!!!!
If there is something on my minf i was go running or jogging because it takes my mind of things and after the jog i dont feel like i need to worry about anything :)
write diary to consider it,sing a song,cry or foget it.
the gym costs way too much :S

ITS HARD TYRA ... I TIRED !!! When I'm stressed especially now with exams around the corner, I hit the gym for an hour like once or twice it week don't have time 2 do more and I take my stress out on the machines. really works.
when I am stressed out I love listen to music, watching movie and sleep.. it helps me a lot.. ^^

The sound of the birds and the trees blowing in the wind makes every thing fade away and also your getting out of the house and walking, burning off some calories :)

I HAVE FOUND THAT WAKLING HELPS MY STREES. JUST BEING OUTSIDE IN NATURE CALMS ME DOWN.

When I'm stressed I cry.then I listen to Janet Jackson.she always lifts my spirits!!!! And after all that,I watch recorded episodes of antm!!!

I am in graduate school going for a masters in Education Health Promotion and I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stressed out because I played basketball and doing that while in grad school I had to travel and miss ... moreI am in graduate school going for a masters in Education Health Promotion and I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stressed out because I played basketball and doing that while in grad school I had to travel and miss a lot of class. To make a long story short, basketball is over and I am fa behind in my classes :( I really need a break from school, like an ANTM kind of break :)

Yoga - it changed my life so much for the better. And I am probably the last person you would expect to get into something like that. And looking pictures of Tyra is always a bit of a boost. :-)
