Operation Motivation
Tyra’s main motivation for the Get Fit/Get Healthy challenge, came from challenging her friends and wanting to back up her smack-talk, but motivation doesn’t just come from within- it takes practice! Here are a couple of things Tyra does that you can do too, to reach your (dream) goals:
- Create weekly eating and exercise goals for yourself and write them down. This reinforces the goals in your mind, so you’re more likely to follow through.
- Record what you eat and drink, as well as how much exercise you do, each day. By writing down everything, you become accountable to yourself, which in turn helps you stick to your goals.
- If you slip up don't use it as an excuse to go off the wagon completely. You can repair a bad day by being extra healthy later in the day or the next day.
- Once you reach a goal, give yourself a (non-food) reward. Buy yourself new clothes. Get a mani-pedi. Do something nice for yourself that makes you feel good!
- Look at what you’re gaining, not at what you’re losing. You’re learning how to eat in a more healthy way. Don’t dwell on the fact that you no longer eat chocolate cake every night. Instead, savor an occasional dessert, and focus on how good you feel!
You can apply these tips not only to your goal of getting healthy and fit, but also to your dream goals in life!

It lets you record everything you eat and drink along with all the nutrition facts. It also lets you put in your weight, how much you want to weigh, then tells you the amount of calories to eat in order to loose weight at a healthy weight (1/2-2 lbs weekly) I have lost 11 pounds so far!!! Its easy, and fun, and also helps see your goals in action!!! Best of all, the app is FREE!!!!

Now I'm drinking more wather and started to do exercises. I have a goal to lose at least 10kilos. I know that it will take a lot my effort. But I'm proud of my self because I satrted to do this. :) Thank you a lot for encouragement.

I always struggle to find motivation to get up in the morning for college because I have to travel 24 miles, or the motivation to do my A Level work.... facebook is a huge distraction lol

i recently fell off the daum wagon but NOPE that will not stop me from being fit! and healthy! i beelive i CAN DO IT! everyone else U CAN DO IT TOO!

Ive been doing this for about 20 days now. So far I've surpassed 3 goals, gotten my body tone, and overall, feel better!

Im constantly looking on websites to find agencies who are willing to work with petite women so far no luck. So I just keep doing my research until I find something hopefully one day but not too late, I will just keep on praying :/
